Setting a goal of at least 5 jobs applied per week, every week. It will add up, and small steps count.

Waking up no later than 9am.

Running/walking at least 1.5 miles 3 times per week

Using measuring tape as an alternative evaluation tool

Consciously cultivating a positive attitude about myself and my goals.
